As part of our ongoing safety protocols, we vet all drivers by thoroughly checking their backgrounds and driving records. We perform these safety checks, not once, but on an annual basis. When we become aware of a change in one of our drivers’ backgrounds that compromises their driving eligibility, we immediately deactivate their driving account. Additionally, we have designed a built-in safety device tied to the ET Transport app that allows both our riders and drivers to remain safe at every stage of their exchange.
